Will you hold a dog for me?
Yes, we will be glad to, we require a $200 deposit. The puppies will be picked in the order the deposits are received. Click here to Reserve a Puppy.
Do your dogs have Health Clearances?
All of our Boykins have been DNA tested for EIC, CIA, and DM. They also have had health testing on their hips, heart, elbows and eyes. For more information on these tests please visit the BSS website. You can find a copy of these test result on the information page for each of our dogs @ Our Adult Dogs.
All of our Braque Francais’ have been tested for hip dysplasia through Pen Hip.
What age will your puppies be available for adoption?
We generally begin placing them at 7 weeks old.
Do you train the puppies before adoption?
We do not do any formal training, however most of our puppies are crate trained by the time they go to their new home.
What are your kennel facilities like?
We have a climate controlled indoor/outdoor kennel. We also have two 3 acre run pens where most of our dogs spend their days exercising. Click here for more information regarding our kennel.
What kind of food do you recommend?
We feed Purina Pro Plan to our puppies. And Diamond to our adult dogs. Each of our puppies come with the Purina Pro Plan starter kit.
Will you sell a puppy to non-hunters?
Yes, although our dogs are hunting breeds, we place a lot of puppies with active families who do not hunt. As long as the puppy will receive proper exercise, we are fine with non-hunters.
Do you work with out-of-state purchaes? Will you ship a dog to me?
We prefer to have puppies picked up here. But we can make arrangements if needed. One option is for us to meet you at GSP airport.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash or Certified Check.

Boykin Spaniels 30-45 lbs. Braque Francis’ 40-60 lbs.
What paper work does my puppy come with?
Your puppy will come with either Limited BSS, NAVHDA or AKC Registration. Full registration will be given if you have puppy tested with the required health test. Your puppy will also come with a copy of the Health Guarantee and an up to date copy of the puppies Shot’s Record. And finally your puppy will come with a Purina Pro Plan starter kit.
Do you microchip your puppies?
Microchipping is available at pickup with a $30 fee.
